This position would:

Optimize on outreach abilities used to build long-lasting connections between a law firm that cares and individuals who need that care.

What a typical week looks like:

  • Meets with firm clients at the end of their case to finalize all paperwork and elicit feedback on the client experience.
  • Serve as a firm representative at company sponsored events, including client appreciation and outreach initiatives
  • Assist the front office coordinator on occasion
  • Daily encounters with clients providing impactful and influential client outreach
  • Occasional travel to remote offices to complete a disbursal


Requirements:

  • 2 -3 years of client service experience
  • Loves community outreach, working with people and is easily able to relate to others.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, record keeping and organizational skills
  • Technology savvy
  • Strong communicator with a dynamic personality
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Is willing to travel on occasion to satellite offices from our Durham, NC headquarters (Note: No overnight trips. A firm vehicle or mileage will be provided)
  • Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) required.
  • A valid drivers license
  • A clean background check is required to obtain a North Carolina notary license, which must be secured within 60 days of employment.
