We are currently seeking to add a Survey Project Manager-PLS to our growing team in Lake Oswego, OR.

Our team of surveyors offers a variety of surveying and mapping services so that there's no misunderstanding about the land you are working on. We use cutting-edge technology to offer thorough land surveys. We use 3D imaging, drones, and GPS technology to create the most accurate picture of the land and satisfy all parties involved, from lenders to builders to property owners.

In addition, we provide accurate data for easements and right-of-way disputes on any property. Our workstations are equipped with AutoCAD Civil 3D and point cloud processing to ensure that we can provide the most accurate information possible.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, technically knowledgeable with strong communication skills, and a can-do attitude.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Coordinates with clients and client representatives on projects
  • Direct supervision of research, computation, fieldwork, and drafting
  • Reduces field data, performs non-routine and complex analysis from verbal instructions and under minimal supervision
  • Troubleshoot problems with measurements and gathering of field evidence
  • Implements and maintains surveying standards
  • Advises and assists other users with processes and methods.
  • Interfaces with Field and Office Leads on project-related matters.
  • Performs boundary research and resolutions under PLS review.
  • Performs cost estimates and scopes for survey proposals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College or Technical program graduate
  • PLS License for 4+ years
  • Experience in business development
  • Experience working with clients
  • 6 or more years of office and field experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fast learner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and creativity in project approaches
  • Valid Washington Driver's License
