What you'll be doing...

At NWA, we process claims per specific plan requirements. These plans are highly customized and can vary greatly. A successful claim processor at NWA understands the nuances involved with medical claims and the importance of claims being processed timely and accurately. If hired in the role, you will:

  • Prepare time loss files for initial set-up
  • Research files for specific time loss information
  • Review and process time loss claims accurately and thoroughly according to the benefits and eligibility guidelines
  • Initiate telephone calls to obtain specific time loss information
  • Pay, Pend or Deny based on established claims processing criteria
  • Process Disability and Waivers based on Trusts rules
