Description
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Senior Sales Operations & Business Development Manager will help build more consistent sales practices across Northwest Center's current and emerging sales activity.
This role is primarily focused on sales operations, including pipeline management, CRM discipline, sales reporting, forecasting support, KPI tracking, and follow-up across assigned sales activity. Northwest Center is developing more consistent sales practices, so the right person will need to be comfortable creating structure, improving visibility, and helping teams with consistent habits.
Direct business development or selling activity may be part of the role, but it is expected to be secondary to building the sales operations discipline needed to support consistent, visible, and accountable sales activity at Northwest Center.
This is a hands-on role for someone who likes bringing order to a developing sales environment while also helping move selected revenue opportunities forward.
Location: Seattle, WA
Salary: $120K - $140K
Commission for 2026: 1% of collected revenue on assigned closed business only, capped at 10% of base for 2026

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor leads, pipeline activity, customer engagements, and sales KPIs across identified sellers and business areas
  • Track progress against sales goals, performance expectations, and accountability standards established by the CGO
  • Support the CGO in developing and implementing consistent sales systems, tools, routines, and practices across identified sellers and business areas
  • Support onboarding and training related to sales tools, CRM usage, pipeline expectations, and reporting practices
  • Create sales dashboards and recurring reports for executive leadership as needed
  • Analyze sales trends, pipeline movement, conversion data, and activity patterns to identify opportunities for improved follow-up, forecasting, and sales execution
  • Develop and maintain forecasting tools and models to support budgeting, pipeline reviews, and organizational planning
  • Maintain CRM data standards, reporting expectations, and usage practices across identified sellers and business areas
  • Support targeted business development and assigned selling activity, including prospecting, follow-up, proposal support, and advancement of selected opportunities
  • Maintain assigned sales goals tied to approved business development activity

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of B2B sales, sales operations, revenue operations, or sales enablement experience, including experience improving sales processes, pipeline discipline, or CRM adoption
  • Experience supporting sales activity across multiple teams, territories, service lines, or business areas
  • Experience creating structure, follow up, and accountability across teams or business areas without direct reporting authority
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated success in pipeline management, KPI tracking, forecasting, and sales process improvement
  • Experience supporting or carrying assigned sales goals
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent job experience)
