• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused therapies to groups, families, couples, and individuals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate regularly with our multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to facilitate comprehensive care and improved patient outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and relevant seminars to stay updated with the latest mental health research and practices.

Our clients range from children to adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and family dynamics. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey is essential.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting, is necessary.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in counseling practices.
• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team to create comprehensive treatment plans.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related technology is preferred.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling sessions is a plus, as we strive to deliver accessible mental health care.
• Knowledge of current mental health trends and practices, including the latest research and methodologies, is beneficial.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, determined based on experience and the availability of your caseload.
