Are you passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences and helping people achieve their dream smiles? North Seattle Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant to join our thriving practice in Seattle, WA.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Prepare and educate patients for treatment
  • Build strong relationships with patients, families, and teammates
  • Take x-rays, photos, impressions, and intraoral scans
  • Assist the Orthodontist during consultations and procedures
  • Maintain accurate charting and patient records
  • Clean and sterilize operatories and instruments
  • Set up trays, manage supplies, and support daily operations

The Teammate We’re Looking For

  • Orthodontic Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant preferred (training available for the right candidate)
  • Dental/medical administrative experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, families, and team members
