As a casual Security Officer - Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it's customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Responsibilities for Response Security Guard:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
  • Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
  • Respond quickly to critical situations.
  • You provide critical access control using screening guests, employees, vendors, and other guests.
  • You will be providing appropriate badges at the facility.  
  • You have excellent ability to read and write detailed reports.
  • You are expected to enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
  • You will patrol as needed, inside or outside: either by foot, golf cart, or car.
  • Take on any shift and assignment as needed.   
  • You can easily learn various jobs it will ask of you.
  • You are proficient in working with electronics.
  • You are able to maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; and follow proper procedures.
  • You are certified in the areas of basic first aid, CPR/AED.
Qualifications for Response Security Guard:
  • Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
  • Must have valid driver's license.
  • You have at least 2 years security experience, with 1 year in a fast paced environment, or equal Military/Law Enforcement.
  • You have a valid PILB in hand.
  • You have a HS Diploma or GED in hand, or higher degree.
  • You have, or can obtain, within 5 days a certification in CPR/AED.
  • You understand that you must be able to work any shift as needed!
  • You also understand that you must be able to work any Site as needed!
  • You can pass an extensive screening process.
  • You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
