What are Normatec and what do they do?

Normatec refers to a brand of recovery systems that use dynamic air compression technology to help athletes and individuals recover faster after physical activity. These devices, often in the form of sleeves for legs, arms, or hips, use pulsing compression to increase blood flow, reduce muscle soreness, and speed up recovery. Normatec systems are popular among professional athletes, physical therapists, and fitness enthusiasts for their effectiveness in enhancing recovery and reducing fatigue. They are commonly used after intense workouts, competitions, or injury rehabilitation sessions.
