Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in textile manufacturing, upholstery, or production. Key Responsibilities: Operate industrial sewing machines. Read and interpret work orders, patterns, or instructions to determine sewing requirements. Measure, cut, and align materials accurately before sewing. Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards. Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines, such as cleaning and oiling. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Sewing Machine Operator or similar role. Familiarity with industrial sewing machines.
