Job description

Job Summary
Under general supervision by the Superintendent, perform regular safety and mechanical inspections of equipment; maintain and keep grounds and its infrastructure toward the goal of safe, clean, presentable school grounds for the community. Perform semi-skilled, occasional skilled, deferred and preventative maintenance, repair and construction tasks in the upkeep and care of school facilities, toward the goal of ensuring and/or extending the design life of the buildings and associated systems and equipment. Do other assignments as related to job description. Perform custodial duties as related to safety and blood-borne pathogens in emergency situations as directed by supervisor.
