Job description

We are looking for an Integration Engineer to support enterprise integration and automation efforts across a growing organization. This role works at the intersection of technology and business operations, helping connect platforms, streamline workflows, and improve the reliability of data movement across teams. The position is well suited for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, can balance several priorities at once, and wants to contribute in a lean, fast-moving setting.

Responsibilities:

• Create and support connections among internal applications, databases, online commerce systems, and other business-critical platforms to enable dependable information exchange.

• Develop automated workflows and data movement processes that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort across departments.

• Monitor integration performance, investigate failures, and resolve pipeline issues to maintain stable system interoperability.

• Write and maintain database queries used for reporting, operational analysis, and day-to-day business decision support.

• Identify the root causes of data inconsistencies and correct upstream issues to strengthen overall data quality.

• Work closely with IT leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance system connectivity and ensure information is accurate and accessible.

• Manage multiple integration and automation initiatives simultaneously while adapting to changing business needs in an agile environment

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in integration engineering, data engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server for querying, data analysis, and backend support.
• Demonstrated experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting data pipelines or system integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or comparable orchestration and integration platforms.
• Ability to diagnose data flow problems, determine practical solutions, and explain findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with development technologies such as C#, .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, or React.js is valuable for supporting broader integration needs.
• Exposure to scripting or automation using Python, eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, PostgreSQL, or AI-driven process improvement initiatives is a plus.
• Comfort working in a small, fast-paced organization where priorities may shift and several projects move forward at the same time.
