Job description

We are looking for an Integration Engineer to support enterprise integration and automation efforts across a growing organization. This role works at the intersection of technology and business operations, helping connect platforms, streamline workflows, and improve the reliability of data movement across teams. The position is well suited for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, can balance several priorities at once, and wants to contribute in a lean, fast-moving setting.


Responsibilities:

โ€ข Create and support connections among internal applications, databases, online commerce systems, and other business-critical platforms to enable dependable information exchange.

โ€ข Develop automated workflows and data movement processes that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort across departments.

โ€ข Monitor integration performance, investigate failures, and resolve pipeline issues to maintain stable system interoperability.

โ€ข Write and maintain database queries used for reporting, operational analysis, and day-to-day business decision support.

โ€ข Identify the root causes of data inconsistencies and correct upstream issues to strengthen overall data quality.

โ€ข Work closely with IT leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance system connectivity and ensure information is accurate and accessible.

โ€ข Manage multiple integration and automation initiatives simultaneously while adapting to changing business needs in an agile environment

โ€ข 3โ€“6 years of hands-on experience in integration engineering, data engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
