Job description

A national company with a facility in the Plymouth, MI area is currently seeking several experienced Panel Wirers / Machine Tool Electricians for long term opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for experienced Panel Wirers / Machine Tool Electricians looking for a company that offers excellent work / home life balances, good work environments, and competitive rates.

Panel Wirers and Machine Tool Electrician rates are anticipated to be in the $25-$35/hr range based on each candidates’ experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate.


Qualified Panel Wirers and Electricians will have most (if not all) of the following skills and experiences:

  • 5+ years of recent / relevant panel wiring OR Machine Tool Electrician experience.
  • Solid skills with reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams.
  • Experience in wiring gauging systems are preferred.
  • Independent capabilities for control panel layout, installing components and wiring devices including PLC’s, VFD’s/drives, power supplies, terminal blocks, etc.
  • Experience with electrical panel rework and upgrade integrations.
  • Expertise in testing and troubleshooting control panel wire circuits.
  • Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
