Job Summary:-
We are seeking a Senior Digital Accessibility Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of an enterprise-wide digital accessibility program. Required Qualifications:-
- 5+ years of experience in digital accessibility
- Strong expertise in WCAG 2.1 (AA/AAA), Section 508, ADA compliance
- Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools (axe, JAWS, NVDA)
- Experience designing and implementing accessibility frameworks and governance models
- Experience integrating accessibility into development and QA workflows
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Experience working with government or large enterprise environments
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Mobile accessibility testing experience
- IAAP certification (CPACC, CPWA, WAS, etc.)
- Knowledge of inclusive design and accessibility-focused UX research
