About the Job: 
As part of the North American Development Team, this individual has general management responsibilities to oversee both the existing non-traditional business and future business. With a revived focus on non-traditional, we have the opportunity to bring the Taco Bell brand to more captive customers in locations such as travel centers, truck stops, airports, colleges, and universities.  

This role will collaborate with cross-functional partners on all aspects of the business that affect non-traditional locations, including operations, marketing, legal, and technology.  This position is ideal for individuals with high accountability, an interest in strategy and problem solving, and the ability to see the big picture and understand how we fit into broader development goals. Additionally, this GM will be responsible for creating growth opportunities through innovation and building strong business relationships to move the business forward.
The Day-to-Day: 
Lead the rollout of Taco Bell development's Non-traditional development strategy, driving growth and innovation across unique business formats; Spearhead cross-functional collaboration with operations, legal, technology, and marketing teams to craft comprehensive strategies, streamline processes, and adapt traditional business models to meet the distinct needs of non-traditional business units, ensuring scalable and efficient execution.
    Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the performance and viability of existing and proposed business models, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities, assess risks, and inform strategic recommendations to senior management
    Make recommendations to senior management in the creation of new strategic non-traditional development plans, including evaluating current business models with suggestions for the evolution of the business
    Achieve annual targets for non-traditional new unit expansion, including managing expirations of existing portfolio to mitigate closures
    Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, and new business channels
    Oversee day-to-day execution, ensuring efficient and effective execution of development processes 
    Foster a collaborative culture and empower a team to achieve results 

Is this you? 
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or equivalent work experience 
    8+ years of experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration, adept at aligning diverse teams to achieve strategic goals.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Smartsheet, and other productivity tools, with a passion for quickly mastering new technologies. 
    Strong analytical skills in reviewing and interpreting financial statements and other legal documents, ensuring sound decision-making and risk assessment.
    Self-motivated decision-maker, capable of managing complex projects independently or with minimal guidance.
    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; skilled at conveying insights, presenting ideas, and fostering stakeholder alignment.

Salary Range: $157,100 to $172,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
