  • Position our staffing solutions to address client needs in areas like project management, data engineering, cybersecurity, R&D IT, automation, and digital transformation.

Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, procurement teams, and technical leaders.

  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Track performance metrics, forecast revenue, and contribute to quarterly business planning.

Market & Industry Insight
  • Stay current on life sciences trends, including FDA regulations, digital health, AI/ML in drug discovery, and data governance.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and articulate our value proposition clearly and confidently.
  • Provide clients with market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven success in IT staffing sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience selling into life sciences organizations (pharma, biotech, medical device, or healthcare IT).
  • Strong understanding of IT roles such as software engineering, data science, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems supporting clinical or R&D environments.
  • Ability to build rapport with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a full sales cycle.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing relationships within life sciences hiring or procurement teams.
  • Familiarity with regulated IT environments.
  • Experience working with VMS/MSP programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
