We are seeking a Technical Product Lead to support Korber's Material Handling Equipment (MHE) product portfolio by owning requirements definition, backlog prioritization, and day-to-day execution in support of approved product strategies. This role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, R&D, Operations, and Commercial teams to translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable specifications that drive predictable delivery and reuse.

The Technical Product Lead is accountable for what is built within their scope, ensuring alignment to standards, technical product definitions (TDPs), and customer value, while enabling Engineering teams to execute efficiently.

Your role in our team
  • Own and maintain product requirements, features, and enhancements aligned to approved product strategy and standards.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize customer, stakeholder, and program requirements into clear, actionable inputs for Engineering.
  • Translate customer and business needs into functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and TDP inputs.
  • Partner with Engineering and R&D teams to support execution, clarify intent, and resolve requirement-level questions during development.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Solution Design to support pricing inputs, bids, and proposals, ensuring product requirements and configurations are clearly defined and feasible.
  • Support lifecycle activities for assigned products, including sustaining engineering, enhancements, and controlled end-of-life transitions.
  • Engage with customers, solution design, and operations teams to validate requirements, collect feedback, and confirm product performance.
  • Support reuse and standardization efforts by ensuring requirements align with established product architectures and standards.
  • Assist Product Management with pricing analysis, value engineering, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Contribute to product documentation, training materials, and tools that support internal teams.
  • Monitor delivery outcomes and product performance metrics; provide structured feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
