Job Description:

Publica is looking for a Senior Associate Technical Account Manager to act as a technical expert and operational consultant for our system. In this role, you will assist our clients in leveraging our product to its fullest potential, assist them in troubleshooting unexpected behavior, and serve as the liaison between our end-users and our internal product and engineering teams. The ideal candidate has programmatic advertising experience, an understanding of the CTV ecosystem, and a knack for explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What we're looking for:

  • A proven track record of proactive problem-solving and an analytical mindset.

  • Demonstrated experience in a client-facing technical role.

  • Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to translate and explain complex technical concepts to a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in SQL for data investigation with experience using tools like MySQL, Amazon Athena, or Databricks.

  • Competence using Excel for data manipulation, visualization, and client reporting.

  • Ability to author clear technical documentation that empowers clients to self-serve.

  • Preferred background in programmatic advertising technology (e.g., OpenRTB, server-side ad insertion, video/display ad serving).

IAS Pay Transparency:

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) as well as PPO, HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions. All full-time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans. Each candidate's compensation package is based on multiple factors, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.
