Job Summary:
INSPYR Solutions is seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Web & CRM Systems Project Manager to lead custom web development initiatives and drive CRM optimization across the organization. This role will serve as the bridge between field teams, business stakeholders, and developers to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and maintain data integrity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage custom web development projects within a hybrid/agile/scrum environment, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, risks, and scope challenges.
• Enforce established project management methodologies on all projects.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence to track development progress and maintain documentation.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including roadmaps, technical requirements, and status reports Cross-Functional Business Alignment.
• Recognize business needs and opportunities for improvement across all departments including: sales, marketing, recruiting, production, payroll, HR, accounting, and customer service departments.
• Gather and translate requirements into actionable project plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Align CRM processes with business goals and operational scalability.
• Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
• Create and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Make day to day decisions.
