You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like Micro sof t Project and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts. * Experience using Micro sof t Project to build and manage project delivery
* Experience writing technical proposals
* Experience managing delivery to a contract
* Ability to function independently as a self-starter and manage work efficiently
* Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget for all elements of a project
* Ability to identify, manage, and communicate project risks to senior leadership
* Ability to obtain a Secret clearance * Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: * 2+ years of experience using EVMS to manage project budget s and schedules
* Experience managing research and development programs in the DoD
* Experience managing programs to design and deliver integrated hardware and sof tware systems
* Experience working with suppliers and managing product delivery to a set of requirements
* Experience using Agile framework and the Sprint or Scrum approach for project management
* Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD design sof tware
* Possession of excellent problem resolution and communication skills
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred ; Master's degree in Engineering a plus
