Job Title: Bible Media Group (BMG) Studio Project Manager
Position Type: In-Person Only (Location-Specific: Pompano Beach, FL)
Reports To: Director of Studio, BMG
Full Time Part Time Temporary On Call

Job Summary
The Studio Project Manager is a full-time position responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing studio projects from concept through delivery. This role ensures efficient workflows, strong cross-team alignment, and on-time project completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities; experience with audio/visual production and media technology platforms is preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
  • Manage helpdesk tickets by tagging, assigning, responding, and scheduling Studio shoots while supporting client requests.
  • Coordinate with the Studio and Lumo Project Films Dub teams through regular weekly/monthly meetings to track deadlines, review active projects, communicate updates, and drive action items.
  • Optimize workflows and strengthen communication between clients and internal departments to improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee project management tools to monitor tasks, progress, and accountability, ensuring timely delivery across all project stages.
  • Develop project plans, set milestones, and adjust timelines to align with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement solutions to prevent delays.
  • Collaborate with the Studio Director, Manager, BMG Project Management Lead, and leadership to provide updates and execute key initiatives.
  • Compile and analyze data from multiple platforms to generate performance insights and support informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure consistent follow-through on team objectives.
  • Work as a liaison between the Studio and internal & external clients.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of vendor payments, ensuring all contracts, invoices, and check requests are executed and paid according to schedule.
  • Ensure file management of all projects is up to standards.
  • Provide on-site support during live productions, adapting to shifting priorities and operational needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional knowledge.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of film, media, and/or production (including video editing skills) and environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
  • Experience with audio/visual production, studio or media technology platforms, and working knowledge of production workflows from pre-production through post-production.
  • Experience supporting contracts, documentation, or legal/administrative processes.
  • Experience in maintaining databases, analytics, or reporting is a plus.
  • Understanding of or experience with global ministry or nonprofit work preferred.
Skills and Abilities
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, CRM systems, file-sharing platforms, iOS/Windows environments, video editing software, and social media platforms.
  • Fluent in English; effective verbal and written Spanish is a plus.
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency, even under pressure.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining proactive, results-oriented, and skilled at planning, prioritizing, and follow-through.

  • Experience coordinating production schedules, studio calendars, crews, and logistics.
  • Skilled in budget tracking, data reporting, and basic performance analysis.
  • Adaptable and receptive to organizational change, shifting priorities, and evolving processes.
  • Capable of managing special projects and multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining high standards of execution.
