Job description

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a key liaison between senior managers, partners, clients, and staff throughout all phases of engagements
  • Prepare and review Forms 990, 990-T, and related state returns
  • Support joint cost allocations and tax-exempt compliance matters
  • Advise clients on tax-exempt status and regulatory considerations
  • Identify and evaluate unrelated business income tax (UBIT), including planning and exposure reviews
  • Assist with the formation of taxable and non-taxable subsidiaries
  • Support planned giving strategies and advisory services
  • Monitor and interpret legislative changes impacting not-for-profit organizations
  • Conduct excess benefit transaction studies
  • Contribute to staff development by coaching, mentoring, and sharing technical knowledge
  • Participate in new client business development and relationship building

What You Bring

Pay
  • The anticipated hiring range for this position is $108,600-$141,200 and is dependent on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
