Supervise and direct the work of auxiliary nurses and patient attendants, ensuring an efficient distribution of tasks according to each person's skills. Supervise the delivery of resident care while ensuring the quality and continuity of that care. Hiring professional and non-professional staff, while ensuring supervision in accordance with Law 90. Oversee the legal aspects of residents' files and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Implement measures to prevent risks associated with nursing care, such as medication errors, falls, and infections. Analyze complaints and reports, propose solutions and make recommendations to management to improve services. Requirements: Member in good standing of the OIIAQ. Minimum three years' experience in elderly care in a private seniors' residence (PSR). At least one year of experience in personnel management. Up-to-date training in CPR, first aid and PDSB (Prevention and Management of Aggressive Behaviour). Desired profile: Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
