• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately understand clients' mental health needs, establishing tailored treatment plans based on individual concerns.

You will be working with a diverse client population that spans various age groups and backgrounds, each confronting different mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. • Must possess a current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, displaying empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a consistent caseload while maintaining quality care and administration.
• Ability to utilize telehealth platforms and practice management software efficiently; familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is advantageous.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a mental health counseling role is required, with prior teletherapy experience preferred.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities; additional certifications in specialized areas, such as trauma-informed care or substance abuse counseling, are a plus.

• This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, determined by your experience and caseload.
