Your skills
  • This role is a Salary Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $49,000 - $53,000 USD.
  • 2+years of experience replacing hardware warranty parts on Laptops, Printers and RPOS.
  • Relevant OEM hardware repair certifications (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and clean driving record. (mileage reimbursed).
  • Willingness to drive 50-200 miles per day.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict SLAs.
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware architecture and troubleshooting.

Your tasks
Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, printers, RPOS from most well-known manufacturing brands.
  • Replace or swap defective components such as motherboards, hard drives, memory, and screens following manufacturer guidelines.
  • Validate warranty status and adhere to repair protocols.
  • Document all repairs accurately in ticketing systems.
  • Track and manage parts logistics.
  • Verify part delivery at pick-up/drop-off locations or customer site before dispatch.
  • Communicate professionally with clients to confirm appointments, explain repairs, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance in line with company standards.
  • Escalate unresolved issues through the appropriate channels promptly.
