Job description

Description of Service Opportunity:
The CRLS Textbook Tracking Assistant will assist with the implementation of an automated textbook tracking system at CRLS. Tasks will included but are not limited to:
-counting, labeling, moving and shelving books;
-data entry;
-facilitating communication between the ICTS Department, faculty, and Deans.
This position will work with and oversee the textbook tracking of CRLS' English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies textbooks.
Minimum Requirements:
CRLS staff member preferred. This work will take place throughout the summer of 2026 and during the 2026-2027 school year.
Length of Contract:
July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027
Contract Amount
Not exceed $5250.00
Please note that your hourly rate is dependent upon your collective bargaining agreement or individual hourly rate. If you are a non-exempt employee and have worked more than 40 hours a week, you will be paid time and a half for any hours worked over 40 hours
