The Pueblo District 60 Innovation Zone consists of seven unique schools that provide educators with the opportunity to engage in teaching and learning that is equally challenging and rewarding. Â Our innovation zone leaders and teachers:
Throughout the year, teachers within the innovation zone will:
Innovation Zone Middle School Teachers in hard to fill positions such as Mathematics Teacher and ESS teacher qualify for an additional annual stipend as part of their employment. Other positions may also receive a bonus based on the needs of their building.Â

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
The primary responsibility of the 6th Grade Science Teacher is to plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program in an elementary or secondary learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential; Performs instructional and related duties in accordance with District policies and terms of the teacher contract. The Teacher also maintains a cooperative attitude with staff, parents, and students.
