AI Project Manager
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid, 2 days/week)

About the Role
Join a high-impact enterprise program as an AI Project Manager, driving the rollout and scaling of Agentic AI solutions following a Copilot deployment. This role puts you at the center of cutting-edge AI transformation, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth project execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate with top-tier engineering, product, and business stakeholders, shaping enterprise-level innovation and governance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day project management for Agentic AI rollout and scaling initiatives
- Drive execution for AI agent deployment, citizen development, and enablement activities
- Coordinate across product, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery
- Facilitate daily syncs and cross-functional working sessions for high-visibility programs
- Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) and maintain top-tier Jira hygiene
- Support the implementation of AI governance, controls, and monitoring frameworks
- Champion the rollout of citizen developer frameworks and operating models
- Serve as the central coordination point for AI program leadership
Required Skills and Experience
- 6+ years of program or project management experience in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated expertise managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous settings
- Hands-on experience with RAID logs, dependency management, and milestone tracking
