What is a non contract?

A Non Contract job typically refers to a position that does not require a formal employment contract. These jobs often have flexible terms, meaning employees may work on an at-will basis, where either the employer or employee can end the arrangement at any time. Non Contract jobs can include temporary, freelance, or part-time roles without long-term commitments. Benefits and job security may vary depending on the employer and the nature of the job.

Additionally, non-contract employees may need to focus more on career development within the organization and build strong relationships across different departments for advancement opportunities.
