20% Answer telephone, direct calls, and take messages.

20% Assist faculty with copy machine, printer, fax, scanner, computer and other office equipment.

20% Check classrooms for the following, if projectors and lights are on then turn off, clean off boards, lock classrooms in the afternoon.

30% Assist in projects as assigned.

10% Sort and distribute mail, email, and other correspondence.
