We’re seeking a skilled and motivated RN Clinical Supervisor to help lead our home health team in Ventura and ensure exceptional, patient-centered care. In this role, you’ll balance clinical oversight with hands-on support, guiding staff, coordinating care, and driving quality outcomes across the agency.

The annual base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $110,000 - 125,000; however, pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience. 
 


Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor – Home Health
What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily clinical operations, including staffing, scheduling, and care coordination
  • Supervise and mentor nurses, home health aides, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure all patient care aligns with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards
  • Review and audit clinical documentation for accuracy, compliance, and quality
  • Partner with physicians and care teams to deliver seamless, coordinated care
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives and participate in QAPI programs
  • Provide clinical support in the field as needed, including complex patient cases
  • Step in as a leadership resource in the absence of the Director of Patient Care Services
What You Bring
  • Active California RN license
  • 2+ years of recent home health or related clinical experience
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of home health regulations (Title 22, CMS, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and team leadership skills
