Position Summary
Jefferson Radiology is actively recruiting a Neuroradiologist to join a team of fellowship-trained, CAQ-certified Neuroradiologists to support our growing practice in Connecticut. We operate on a hybrid-subspecialty model, allowing our physicians to self-select a personalized level of Neuro sub-specialization-ranging from a pure Neuroradiology position to a hybrid General-Neuro role.
This is an excellent Neuro only opportunity with flexible tele, hybrid, or onsite scheduling options, in a friendly and collegial section that fosters collaboration, work-life balance, and academic growth. Neuroradiology fellows are encouraged to apply.
Jefferson has a collaborative, physician-led culture with national support infrastructure with uncapped earning potential with a pathway to partnership with profit-sharing opportunities. We recently implemented a significant compensation increase, including the introduction of Time-Based Work Units (TBWU). Residents and/or Fellows are encouraged to apply.

  • Salary Range with a base of $625,000.00 for on-site and $600,000.00 for remote with productivity incentives upwards to $1,000,000.00 annually

  • The daily caseload is reasonable and manageable, consisting primarily of cross-sectional imaging studies, with only occasional plain films (e.g., for valve settings)
  • Case complexity is moderate and typical for a community-based health system.
  • Productivity is supported by a strong volume of outpatient MRI cases, offering consistently high RVU generation.

Jefferson Radiology, established in 1963, is a 90+ physician sub-specialty group practice with 400+ non-physician staff members based in Connecticut covering multiple imaging centers, community hospitals and tertiary-academic centers. We have developed a unified, enterprise PACS with home workstations for all physicians, state-of-the art cloud-based system with AI tools and workflow enhancement solutions to optimize patient care and radiologist effectiveness. We offer flexible/personalized partnership track staffing models that range between 3-5 day-per-week models. Our practice supports a 20-person residency.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO)
  • Licensed or ability to obtain medical license in the State of Connecticut and Massachusetts
  • Board Eligible or Certified, American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
  • Residency Trained, ACGME Accredited Radiology Program
  • Fellowship Trained, Neuroradiology
  • CAQ in Neuroradiology (or eligible to obtain CAQ within 1 year of employment)

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $600,000 with productivity incentives up to $1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
