Network Administrator
Location: Cayce, SC
Interview Process: One round of virtual interviews with the camera on.
Duration: 12 Months
Employment Type: Contract (C2C / W2)
Experience Required:
05+ Years
Work Requirement:
Candidate must be a current resident within the Eastern Time Zone
Must be willing to relocate to SC prior to start (own expense)
Ability to lift 40 lbs and work on ladders daily
Valid driver's license required
Travel within South Carolina to field offices as needed
Project Scope:
We are seeking a Network Administrator to support enterprise network infrastructure and identity services within a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. This role focuses on network deployments, troubleshooting, security enhancements, and identity-based networking initiatives such as SD-WAN and PKI.
Key Responsibilities:
Network & Infrastructure Support
  • Install,configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure
  • Supportrouters, switches, wireless access points, and connectivity services
  • Performnetwork deployments, upgrades, and lifecycle management

Troubleshooting & Operations
  • Monitor andresolve network and connectivity issues
  • Providesupport for Windows-based systems and mobile devices
  • Manage andresolve tickets in the support system

Security & Identity Services
  • Support SD-WAN,PKI, and secure authentication services
  • Assist inimplementing identity-based networking solutions
  • Ensurecompliance with IT security standards and policies

Documentation & Reporting
  • Create andmaintain network diagrams and technical documentation
  • Provideregular updates to project managers and stakeholders

Collaboration & Field Support
  • Work withcross-functional IT and business teams
  • Travel tofield offices for installations and support
  • Assist withhardware setup, including racking equipment

Required Skills & Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure and LAN administration
• 3+ years of experience with switches, wireless access points installation & troubleshooting
• 3+ years of experience with SD-WAN, PKI, and authentication services
• Experience troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows and mobile devices
• Strong experience with network documentation and diagrams
Preferred Skills:
• Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), or Microsoft
• Experience with networking training programs or bootcamps
Education:
Associate's Degree in a related field
