Job Summary:
CACI International Inc is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Network Operations Center (NOC) Trainer to join their team. The role involves developing and delivering training programs for NOC staff to ensure they have the skills necessary to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain training materials and lesson plans, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and documentation for NOC procedures and best practices.
• Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions for new and existing NOC staff.
• Assess training needs and design curriculum to address skill gaps.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest processes, network technologies, tools, and industry trends to ensure training content remains relevant.
• Collaborate with NOC managers and team leads to identify areas for improvement in staff performance.
• Create and administer tests to evaluate trainees' comprehension and skill levels.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and support to NOC staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of NOC standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years’ of related work experience
• Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, infrastructure, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Experience with remote training tools and virtual classrooms.

Preferred:
