OVERVIEW The Partner Representative in the Partner Communications Department serves as a compassionate and reliable point of contact for partners who reach out to In Touch Ministries. This role exists to support partners through phone, email, and mail correspondence, ensuring their needs are met with excellence. The position requires strong organizational and customer service skills, a flexible mindset, and a commitment to making accuracy, care, and ministry values the standard in every interaction.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively listening to what partners wish to convey and responding with excellence.
  • Responding to inbound telephone inquiries.
  • Responding to inbound emails, and mail inquiries.
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information using data entry software.
  • Processing orders, donations, and miscellaneous requests in system.
  • Praying with individuals.
  • Participating in training and team meetings.
  • Staying up to date with products and resources offered by the ministry.
  • Attending coaching sessions and team building activities as requested.
  • Communicating with various individuals and positions through written and spoken means clearly, accurately, and with understanding.
