$25 to $30/hour, depending on experience

Full-time, stable job working in people’s homes.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you solve real problems and run your own route.

What the job looks like

You’ll run a daily route and visit homes across King County.

At each stop, you will:

  • inspect the home and identify what’s causing the pest issue
  • apply treatment safely and correctly
  • explain what’s going on to the customer in simple terms
  • document your work and move to the next stop
What the work involves

This is active, physical work. You’ll be:

  • working outdoors in all weather
  • using ladders
  • entering crawlspaces and tight areas
  • working around insects and rodents
Working with customers

You’ll be inside people’s homes, often when they’re dealing with a frustrating problem.

You don’t need to be perfect, but you do need to:

  • stay calm
  • communicate clearly
  • treat people with respect

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • 21 years or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Able to lift, carry, crawl, and work on ladders and in tight spaces
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Comfortable working around insects, rodents, and pest control materials
  • Able to work independently and manage a daily route without supervision
  • Strong in-person communication skills with customers
  • Availability for occasional weekend work and overtime during spring and summer months is a plus.
