Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

Location: Corporate Office (Foothill Ranch, CA 92610)

Pay Range - $35 - 42 an hour

Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports Eagle Community Credit Union’s marketing efforts by executing digital strategies across social media, web, and paid channels. This role focuses on creating content, coordinating campaigns, and tracking performance to strengthen brand awareness, increase engagement, and support growth.

This is a hands-on role responsible for day-to-day execution and maintaining a consistent and engaging digital presence aligned with Eagle’s priorities.

Essential Job Functions

  • Create and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and TikTok
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and engagement across platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns and organizational priorities
  • Support coordination and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social, web, and paid channels
  • Maintain and update website and blog content to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Assist with basic SEO and digital content improvements
  • Track and report on performance metrics (growth, engagement, clicks, conversion)
  • Use reporting tools to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Capture and create content, including photography and video
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Monitor digital and social media trends to keep content current
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with credit union policies and applicable regulations
  • Attend and support community events, including evenings and weekends, to capture content and promote Eagle’s brand presence

Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (beyond personal use)

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
