Job description

Position Summary... What you'll do...As a Senior UX Designer, you will shape membership and store journey experiences across Walmart, Sam’s Club, and global markets including Canada and Mexico. You’ll design connected digital, omnichannel, and in-store experiences that help customers and members shop, save, engage, and move seamlessly across touchpoints. This role requires strong UX craft, product thinking, systems thinking, and the ability to bring clarity to complex customer journeys across banners, markets, and business models.
About the team:
The Membership & Store Journeys Design team creates experiences across Walmart and Sam’s Club, supporting both U.S. and global markets. Our team brings together designers with deep Walmart, Sam’s Club, store, membership, and international market expertise. We design high-impact journeys across app, web, in-store, and omnichannel experiences, balancing global consistency with local market relevance. Our work helps define how customers and members engage with Walmart and Sam’s Club across physical and digital retail ecosystems. Immigration Sponsorship support is not available for this position
What you'll do:
  • You will lead UX design for complex membership and store journeys across Walmart, Sam’s Club, and global markets.
  • You’ll translate customer insights, business strategy, and market needs into clear flows, prototypes, interaction models, and high-quality designs.
  • You’ll partner closely with Product, Research, Content, Engineering, Business, and Market teams to align on direction and deliver scalable experiences.
  • You’ll contribute to design systems and experience patterns while advocating for usability, accessibility, consistency, and customer value across digital and in-store touchpoints.

What you'll bring:
  • Atleast 5 experience designing large-scale consumer products, with strong UX fundamentals, interaction design craft, and product judgment.
  • You are skilled at simplifying complex systems, designing across multiple surfaces, and creating scalable patterns.
  • You collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and communicate design decisions with clarity and confidence. Experience in membership, loyalty, retail, commerce, omnichannel, global markets, or store experiences is a plus.
  • You are a strong designer who can balance strategy, craft, customer needs, and business impact.
