Ultrasound Technologist - RWJBarnabas Health
A typical day for an Ultrasound Technologist may include:
  • Performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to physician orders and established department protocols.
  • Operating ultrasound equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation by physicians.
  • Positioning and preparing patients for examinations while explaining procedures and answering questions.
  • Reviewing patient histories and clinical information to ensure the appropriate examination is performed.
