Job Title: Database Developer (SQL / SSIS)

Location: Hybrid – Oklahoma City

2 days onsite weekly

Overview:

  • Direct hire opportunity supporting enterprise-level database and ETL development initiatives
  • Primarily focused on SQL development and SSIS package creation within an on-prem Microsoft SQL Server environment
  • Collaborative team environment supporting critical business systems and ongoing modernization projects
  • Opportunity to contribute to large-scale migration and infrastructure initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server database objects including tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures
  • Build and optimize SSIS packages for ETL and data transformation processes
  • Develop high-volume T-SQL scripts and support ongoing project work
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot database performance, data integrity, and import-related issues
  • Support ongoing system migrations and database modernization efforts
  • Document database structures, workflows, and development processes

  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server development
