Job description

Job Description:
Pay: $18.75 - $19.75 per hour + Shift and bilingual pay opportunity
Start Date: 9/14/26
Schedule: TBD. We are proactively hiring for a new center opening, and schedule details will be finalized closer to the start date.
Travel: Throughout Nevada and portions of Arizona and California near the Nevada border, including 1 to 5 overnight stays per month as needed. Hotel accommodations and meal expenses are covered.
No prior phlebotomy experience is required. Paid training is provided.

What You'll Do
Most days you'll conduct a blood drive in one of our buses; other days you'll interact with donors at one of our local donation centers. Every day you will:
• Greet donors, keeping them comfortable and informed
• Perform blood draws (paid training provided)
• Manage accurate and organized donor information
• Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers who are invested your career and success
• Set up, operate, and break down equipment at mobile blood drives
• Package and transport blood products according to established procedures

Required Qualifications
• Bilingual (Spanish) Strongly Preferred (Must pass bilingual certification provided by Vitalant )
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel throughout the service area, including overnight hotel stays
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed
