Position: RN - Cath Lab
Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 AM - 05:30 PM)

Job Description:
We are seeking a proficient RN to join our Cath Lab team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with various cardiovascular devices, including balloon pumps, Impella, and atherectomy devices. The role involves administering cardiac medication drips and emergency medications. Candidates must have experience with STEMI cases.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 18 months of RN experience required; 2 years preferred.
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
  • Certifications required: AHA or American Red Cross ACLS and BLS.
  • On-call requirement for evenings and weekends.
  • Experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations.
Special Requirements:
  • Must complete time-sensitive modules upon confirmation of the assignment, prioritizing these tasks accordingly.
  • Local candidates are accepted under the same conditions as non-local candidates.
  • References: Two from direct supervisors, managers, or directors required.
Additional Information:
  • All time-off requests must be included at the time of submission.
  • The facility has a strict no-calling-in policy and is smoke-free.
  • Orientation includes EKG and Pharmacology tests with a pass limit of two attempts; no retests allowed.
  • Modules are non-billable, averaging 6-15 hours, required prior to start and annually, with varied content by specialty.
