This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible work hours and the ability to conduct therapy from the comfort of your home. Our telehealth environment is augmented by a robust electronic medical record (EMR) system, facilitating seamless client interactions and record-keeping. We foster a collaborative atmosphere among our counselors, enabling you to engage with multidisciplinary teams and share insights while providing client care.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and develop responsive treatment plans.
• Implement individualized therapeutic strategies, utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic techniques, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring a focus on effective outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, adhering to all legal and ethical regulations while protecting client confidentiality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops focused on the latest advancements in mental health and therapeutic practices.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Greystone, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our center supports individuals facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and substance misuse. You will be instrumental in fostering resilience and enabling clients to navigate their unique experiences towards healthier outcomes.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of three years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build a genuine rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and to engage with support staff effectively.
• Familiarity with EMR software and telehealth platforms.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.
• Experience with group therapy implementation and facilitation.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
