Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive (AE) to spearhead growth in the U.S. market. As one of the main sales hires in the region, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business, building relationships with leading law firms and corporates, and shaping the go-to-market strategy in North America. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role for an ambitious professional who thrives in entrepreneurial environments.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close, with a focus on enterprise and upper mid-market clients (law firms, corporates, financial institutions).
Partner with business development representatives and marketing to generate and qualify leads.
Deliver tailored product demos and presentations that highlight value and ROI for client workflows.
Build strong, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers (partners, general counsel, CFOs).
Manage complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts to meet and exceed quota.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure client success and provide feedback from the market.
Represent us at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Contribute to building sales processes, playbooks, and best practices as we expand in the U.S.
Qualifications
5+ years of successful B2B SaaS or legal tech sales experience, ideally selling into law firms or professional services.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in consultative, high-value sales environments.
Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Deep understanding of legal, corporate, or financial services industries preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage growth environment.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
