Job description

Real Property Management Seacoast NH has a new opening for Rental Property Support Person!
This would be a part time job, but would require a consistent schedule. This is not a typical office job, and the day to day task will consist of driving to various properties and performing detailed evaluation and condition reports on rental homes. This position will also include various task such as lockbox and sign pickup drop off, property checks, and deliveries. This position will be part time or contract to start, with potential to grow into full time position and advancement potential. No experience is necessary and training will be provided.
Thoroughly reviewing single-family and multi-unit residential properties for overall condition and any damages/issues
Documenting damages through photos and comments
Providing excellent customer service
Maintaining confidentiality
Physical work: carrying small ladders, changing smoke alarms, etc.
We will train the right person! No experience is necessary.

Lift 40-50 lbs
Ok, driving in the car for long periods of time

Hourly pay range $17-$22 per hour.
