Job Opportunity: Private Process Server (1099 Independent Contractor)

ProVest is one of the nation’s largest legal support services firms, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in Escambia County, Alabama - Atmore.

Applicants must reside in Alabama.

About the Role


As a Private Process Server with ProVest, you will work independently to deliver legal documents on behalf of leading law firms and financial institutions. Documents may include foreclosure, collection, civil, and litigation notices. This is a 1099 contract position with weekly pay per completed job.

Responsibilities

  • Serve legal documents within assigned areas

  • Manage assignments using ProVest’s mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile)

  • Return completed documents

  • Plan routes and manage your own schedule

  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times

Qualifications
We are looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals who:

  • Live in or near the listed counties

  • Have strong time management and organizational skills

  • Are comfortable working independently

  • Communicate clearly and professionally

  • Are comfortable using mobile technology

  • Value accuracy, honesty, and professionalism

Requirements

  • Alabama residency (near listed counties preferred)

  • Availability 3–5 days per week, including Saturdays
