To thrive as a No Experience Pediatric RN, you need a nursing degree, an active RN license, and a foundational understanding of pediatric care principles. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), pediatric medication administration, and basic medical equipment is beneficial, and completing Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is often required.
