Responsibilities

  • Provide health care services in patient’s residences
  • Follow physician prescribed patient care plan
  • Administer prescribed medications
  • Assist with client’s personal care activities
  • Complete & document patient assessment
  • Assess, monitor, and document hangs in patient symptoms or behavior
  • Maintain patients care records and document provided services
  • Provide companionship and basic emotional and/or psychological support

Qualifications

  • Oxygen Management Experience
  • Trach Experience
  • Pediatric Experience (Must)
  • Home health nursing experience
  • Must hold current Georgia RN licensure
  • Ability to build rapport with patients & their family
  • Clean Background check
  • PRN position
