Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician - No Experience Needed!
Training compensation at the hourly rate, then phased combo compensation of hourly rate and commission as you move out of training and start building your customer base!
Commission-based uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Do:
  • Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard's proprietary PDR process

  • Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals

  • Build strong customer relationships and promote our services

What We're Looking For:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently

  • Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks

  • Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds

  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
