The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations and a consistently organized, welcoming environment for staff and visitors. This role is essential in maintaining accurate documentation, supporting daily workflows, and responding professionally to routine requests.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to balance multiple tasks with discretion and care, especially in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
